Located in the Neuse River Basin of Durham North Carolina

conserve restore habitat badgeThe North Fork Little River Conservation Mitigation Easement is located outside of the city of Durham, NC and was formerly row crop agricultural fields. The 33 acre Easement Property now consists of 50 to 200 foot wide native vegetation buffers for the eight stream and ditch features within the easement.

All of the stream features within the Easement Property are classified as Nutrient Sensitive Waters by the NC Division of Water Resources.
