conserve restore habitat badgeIn the bustling, urban area of Lake Norman, NC, the Upper Rocky Conservation Mitigation Easement is a unique and wonderful opportunity for conservation and ecological uplift. The Easement Property has been significantly degraded by surrounding development activities.

With full restoration, the streams within the Easement Property will be better protected and better equipped to withstand the impacts of off site development. Upper Rocky will provide acres of intact habitat and connectivity to other forested areas, supporting wildlife populations and biodiversity within the urban area.
