New Hope Creek Corridor

New Hope Creek Corridor

The New Hope Creek Corridor falls between the towns of Chapel Hill and Durham, and for many years has been to focus of land conservation efforts spearheaded by a broad partnership embodied by the New Hope Creek Advisory Committee. UP2Save seeks to bring attention to a number of initiatives on the New Hope, including 1) efforts to build a bridge on the Sandy Creek tributary of New Hope Creek, 2) move the Hollow Rock Store back to its home at the New Hope Creek Preserve, as well as 3) broader efforts to connect Sandy Creek Park with the New Hope Creek Preserve.
