Bootstrap is a mitigation bank that has overall goals to improve stream and riparian wetland function through stream restoration and riparian buffer re-vegetation over approximately 41 acres along Black Bear Creek and its tributaries and associated wetlands.

Unique Places to Save’s conservation easement will protect these aquatic restoration efforts into perpetuity. This conservation project will protect over 8,200 linear feet of restored streams and nearly two acres of restored wetlands.
