Located in the Buffalo-San Jacinto River Basin of Harris Texas

The Gum Gully conservation easement is part of a permittee responsible mitigation site just northeast of Houston in Harris County, Texas. The mitigation site is designed to provide compensatory mitigation for the permanent impact to 11.84 acres of wetlands including:

  • 3.93 acres of forested wetlands,
  • 6.45 acres of herbaceous wetlands,
  • 1.33 acres of scrub/shrub wetlands).
