The Dugger Creek Conservation Easement is located within the Blue Ridge Mountain region of North Carolina in the city of Boone. The Easement Property lies within the private community of the Blue Ridge Mountain Club. A unique asset to the community, the Easement Property is 777 acres of beautiful mature forest with 21 miles of pristine cold water streams and miles of recreational hiking trails.
