A New Approach To Restoration & Conservation
As the world changes, so must our approach to restoring and conserving its unique places
Our mission is to restore and conserve natural and working lands and aquatic resources through conservation protections and sustainable natural resource restoration and management.
Unique Places to Save was founded to address unmet needs in the land and natural resource conservation space. By leveraging our entrepreneurial mindset and fostering a culture of innovation, we strive to bring forth creative solutions to safeguard these unique places that bring agricultural, ecological, and community value.
Our fiscal resources and stewardship acumen make us one of the premier partners for conservation and mitigation projects in North America.

Connecting Mission & Impact
At the core of every project, Unique Places to Save serves to meet its mission of restoring and conserving high-quality land and aquatic resources. We can have the greatest influence on the future by working in the places with the highest positive impacts on aquatic systems from the headwaters of streams in the mountains; to farmland fronting river corridors, to wetlands along the coast.
While our mission is central to what we do and ties all of our work together, how we meet our mission is a little more complex. Therefore, we have created a fun way to simplify the complexity and acknowledge the achievements of our projects.
Each project we complete earns a badge with our water drop logo in the center, representing our mission. Surrounding the water drop are additional positive impacts that a project can achieve depending on how we are meeting our mission for that particular project. These five positive impacts represent specific project accomplishments and include Conserve, Restore, Habitat, Working, and Access.
Every Unique Places to Save project can achieve each of these positive impacts. How many impacts will your next project with us achieve?
