Total Acres

Project Year

Located in the Cape Fear River Basin of Randolph County NC

The Feed and Seed Conservation Mitigation Easement, once restored, will be an oasis of riparian stream buffer and habitat amongst cattle pasture and agricultural row crop fields. The four unnamed tributaries within the Easement Property drain into Randlemann Lake, a reservoir for Randolph and Guilford counties, NC.

The Easement Property also includes a pond that will be planted with a riparian buffer of 100 ft, creating a healthy pond ecosystem that can support its own biodiverse ecosystem.
