The Grantham Branch Conservation Mitigation Easement is the second phase of the Falling Creek stream and wetland mitigation bank in Wayne County, NC. The Easement Property consists of thriving wetlands and riparian stream systems to help contribute positive impacts to the Falling Creek Watershed by creating habitat and reducing nutrient, sediment, and fecal coliform inputs.
