conserve restore habitat badgeThe White Buffalo Conservation Mitigation Easement is situated along Jackson Creek which flows through a scenic backdrop of rolling hills, row crop fields, and quaint residential areas. The Easement Property will provide riparian buffer for streams from surrounding agricultural and development activities, habitat for local wildlife and aquatic life, and improve water transport in a non-erosive manner.

The clear and cold waters of Jackson Creek now flow over pools, riffles, and organic substrate that improve in-stream habitat, increase oxygen levels, and help regulate water temperatures.
