The Banished Bull Conservation Mitigation Easement was formerly cattle pasture with stream features that were impacted by cattle grazing and pollutant input.
The easement property currently looks like a beautiful open meadow, but this vegetation will continue to grow and establish a dense riparian buffer that will support biodiversity and help protect the sensitive stream and wetland ecosystem.
