Located in the Yadkin Pee Dee River Basin of Wilkes County NC

The Critcher Brothers Conservation Easement encompasses a large portion of the South Fork of Fishing Creek Watershed. Land uses surrounding the Easement Property are cattle pasture, row crop field, forest, logged forest, and eventually a solar panel farm will be installed.

The Easement Property helps protect a large portion of the South Fork of Fishing Creek Watershed from degradation while supporting the natural wetland and riparian stream ecosystems of the landscape.
