The Moccasin Creek Conservation Mitigation Easement consists of restored stream reaches and native riparian buffer that border active row crop agricultural fields. These row crop fields will eventually be constructed into a neighborhood development.
With the restored stream channels and riparian buffer, the Easement Property will mitigate impacts from development and provide habitat for potentially displaced wildlife.
