The Thoroughfare Swamp Conservation Mitigation Easement is 23 acres of former open row crop fields turned dense riparian buffer for the Thoroughfare Swamp stream. The Easement Property is naturally mucky swamp wetland in some areas, providing habitat for native wildlife and connectivity to the in tact forest outside of the easement.
