Located in the Edisto River Basin of Charleston South Carolina

conserve-restore-habitat-access-badgeThe Point Farm Mitigation Bank protects approximately 1,166 acres of jurisdictional aquatic resources (tidal salt marsh wetlands). The Bank also protects approximately 147 acres of non-jurisdictional lands (uplands) occurring adjacent to the marsh.

The buffer includes mature maritime forest that will be preserved and areas that cleared agriculture fields that will be re-established as maritime forest.
