conserve restore habitat badgeThe Pine Hill Branch Conservation Mitigation Easement is a part of the Cane Creek Umbrella Mitigation Bank in Chatham and Alamance Counties, NC; a collection of eight conservation mitigation easements that aim to provide cumulative ecological benefits for the Cape Fear Watershed.

The Easement Property now consists of restored streams that run through preserved forest, wetland, and riparian buffer habitats.
